Bar Blossom, San Gabriel’s newest community bar!
While traveling around the world, Christopher, co-founder of Blossom Market Hall, was inspired by the eclectic and classy atmospheres of bars in Europe and the soulful and perfect hospitality of bartenders in Japan which he hopes to infuse into the experience at Bar Blossom.
He also hopes to make Bar Blossom a third place where people stop by to unwind after work, meet others, and where family and friends gather to create special memories.
In efforts to create a warm and inclusive space, Bar Blossom will be serving sake and shochu from Japan, wines from Europe, local beer from right here at home, and cocktails made with warmth and care.
Christopher hopes Bar Blossom will inspire people to explore new flavors and experiences beyond the San Gabriel Valley.
Much like the diverse and eclectic food hall that it resides in, Bar Blossom is welcoming to all and those who want to discover and experience both global tastes and a true sense of community.
