Baking with Ish is a Filipino inspired micro-bakery. Ishnoelle, Founder and Pastry Chef of Baking With Ish, started BWI back in 2020 from his home kitchen during pandemic. He started doing pop-ups in LA and eventually opened his business at Blossom Market Hall in 2023. He’s been featured in Vogue Italy, Thrillist, LA Times & LA Magazine December 2023 Issue.
