The Meeting Room at Blossom Market Hall is a fun and exciting atmosphere to host your next event with easy access to a range of great dining, dessert, and drink options.
The private meeting room can host private parties, celebrations, company meetings, seminars, and more!
- Size: ~750 sq. ft.
- Max room capacity (seated): ~60
- Max room capacity (standing): ~100
- Please note that adding tables may reduce the maximum capacity.
- Available equipment: We can provide up to 8 five-feet long tables, 40 chairs, and a projector and white screen. Renters are welcome to supplement with their own additional tables and seating.
- Rental Rate for 2025: $150 for the first hour and $125 for each additional hour. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note, 50+ guest, security deposit will be $1,000. **Local non-profits with proof of non-profit status may use the Meeting Room on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays [maximum 4 hours] rent free.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed except water. Renters may have their guests purchase food and drinks from the food hall and bring to the meeting room to enjoy OR arrange for pre-ordered catering from our delicious and unique vendors, including alcoholic beverages.
- The meeting room will be closed to the public for your private event and will include the mezzanine that overlooks the food hall for your exclusive use. The WiFi Lounge is not included.
