Nova Brewing Co. in Covina, California was founded by Emiko Tanabe and James Jin who met while studying for the SSA’s (Sake School of America) sake sommelier certification. They felt a place in LA was needed where people can personally visit and smell, see, and taste how sake is made. Whether you’re a sake connoisseur or new to sake, come explore new flavors, learn the basics, and enjoy some great company!

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Check-In: Please check in at Bar Blossom upon arrival. Our friendly staff will be there to greet you and confirm your registration.
2. Wait for Your Entire Party: Once you’ve checked in, we’ll need your whole party to be present before we can proceed. This ensures we have a complete and smooth experience for everyone!
3. Seating Availability: After everyone in your party has arrived, a staff member will inform you if a seat is available. If a seat is not immediately available, please feel free to relax and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait.
4. Session Duration: The event session will last approximately 10 minutes. During this time, feel free to ask questions and engage with the staff. We’re here to make the experience fun and informative!
5. After the Event: Don’t forget to stop by the bar after your session to enjoy a drink and unwind. It’s a great way to continue the conversation and enjoy the event space!
